The purpose of the Bullion Plus Trust is to invest the money of Bullion Plus LLC in order to make a financial benefit for the members of Bullion Plus LLC. The Bullion Plus Trust as a Labuan Offshore Trust is taxed pursuant to the provisions of the Labuan Offshore Business Activity Tax Act 1990, which exempts investment earnings made by a Labuan Offshore Trust from any tax liability. This means that the profits made by the Bullion Plus Trust from its investments are accumulated in the Trust and then distributed to Bullion Plus LLC as the beneficiary, without any deduction of tax.

Bullion Plus LLC as the lawful beneficiary of the Trust can, with the consent of the Protector, instruct the Trustee how to make distributions to the members of Bullion Plus LLC in accordance with the agreement reached with its members and in accordance with their instructions.

All placements made by the Bullion Plus Trust using the Trustee's stock brokers accounts are done in accordance with the Trustee's Terms of Placement. A copy of the Trustee's Terms of Placement is available on the website to read.
