Bullion Plus LLC is a membership based corporation that issues membership rights to its members (sometimes referred to as ownership shares). Bullion Plus LLC is taxed in the same way as a partnership is taxed in the State of Delaware, but there is no tax levied for any income that is earned outside the USA. Bullion Plus LLC does not undertake any activities within the USA.

The Delaware Register only shows the details of the date of registration and the Registered Office and Registered Agent for Bullion Plus LLC. Bullion Plus LLC has created an investment trust called the Bullion Plus Trust, which is a Labuan Offshore Trust subject to the Labuan Offshore Trusts Act 1996 and the Labuan Offshore Business Activity Tax Act 1990 - which exempts all trust investment earnings from any tax liability.  Bullion Plus LLC invests all of its member’s funds through the Bullion Plus Trust in order to take advantage of the tax free status of the investment earnings.  Bullion Plus Trust only receives funds from Bullion Plus LLC and has the Bullion Plus LLC separate series’ as its only beneficiaries.  The Bullion Plus Trust only invests in gold and silver stocks.
