Bullion Express

Bullion Express provides clients with two options for doing business with us.

Firstly, we are able to act as your agent to purchase physical bullion for you and have it delivered to you.   That simply involves Bullion Express Limited and you signing an agreement that appoints Bullion Express Limited us as your agent to purchase and send the bullion to you.  Once we purchase the bullion and have it sent to you, that relationship ends.

Secondly, we are able to help you invest into quality gold and silver stocks and/or allocated or unallocated bullion from the Perth Mint, using a tax effective and secure corporate structure.  The corporate structure that we use is a combination of Labuan Offshore Trusts and Delaware Series Limited Liability Corporations.  The combination of these two structures enables you to place an investment that is private from outside eyes, not part of any pooled or grouped investment (each investment is placed using an individual corporate entity that only relates to your investment and no-one else’s) and which allows all profits and growth to be distributed to the investing entity, on a tax free basis.  This relationship is ongoing until the investments are redeemed by you.
